GCTA @ Clippers Game
A Quick Start demonstration will take place at the Columbus Clippers home game on Wednesday, July 28Th. Midwests mascot "Ace" will also be on hand to get kids excited about tennis. For more information, please contact Terri Jones at tjones@gcta.net
2009 Award Ceremony
On Sunday, September 20th the GCTA handed out the following seven major awards, as well awards to season and Champ of Champs winner. The major awards are as follows.Margo Mansfield Female Player of the Year, Nicole Flower; Male Player of the Year Kevin Metka; Promotion of Tennis, Kathy Eisnaugle; Promotion of Tennis, Christine Feinstein; Umpire, Paul Rowley; Special Recognition, Susan Smiley; Columbus Recreation and Parks, Beniva Ganther. Columbus Recreation & Parks
The Columbus Recreation & Parks Department along with the Greater Columbus Tennis Association offers Youth and Adult Tennis lessons at many of our community recreation centers. These lessons are for the beginner to the advanced player. Lessons are offered at various times for the various skill levels.
